Twice a week, rolled gently across the beard area. It is 0.3 mm — it is not meant to hurt, and more often is not better.
The kit is for the beard, not the scalp, so it sits alongside scalp micropigmentation rather than interfering with it. If you have had beard SMP, wait until you are fully healed and check with your artist before using the roller.
Brush first to exfoliate and lift the hair, then serum into the skin, then balm through the beard. The roller is a separate step, twice a week.
