1. Wipe the scalp clean with a Scalp Wipe. 2. Smooth Matte Moisturizer on, upward and outward. 3. Apply Scalp Sunscreen liberally, 15 minutes before sun exposure. 4. Finish with a dime size of Shine Slayer.

Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours outdoors, and after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating. Reapply Shine Slayer as needed.

  • Scalp Wipes — 20 wipes, infused with antioxidants. Reduce in-grown hairs and razor bumps, calm and soothe. $25.99 separately.
  • Matte Moisturizer — 50 ml / 1.7 fl. oz. Lightweight daily lotion for oily skin, face and scalp. $22 separately.
  • Scalp Sunscreen — 1.8 oz / 50 g. Tinted mineral SPF 40, PA+++, broad spectrum, water resistant 80 minutes. $35 separately.

The complete routine, start to finish. Shaving your head is exfoliation, and everything downstream works better on skin that has been cleaned and calmed first — which is where the wipes come in.

Then hydrate, protect and mattify in order. The sunscreen is the piece that protects an SMP investment, since UV exposure is a leading cause of pigment fade. The balm is what keeps the whole thing reading as stubble rather than gloss.

Shine Slayer — rice starch, jojoba seed oil, sandalwood album oil, vitamin E.
